Vacant Property in Northern Cyprus - If you wish to leave your property in North Cyprus unoccupied then our management service will give you peace of mind, knowing that we will make regular checks on your property, pay outstanding bills and manage any problems that may arise.
Management Service £500 Per Annum
This amount is paid a year in advance. A float of £250 is also required. With your float we will pay all bills for your North Cyprus Property, i.e. Electricity, water, etc. We will manage any problems that may occur with your property in Northern Cyprus and make regular weekly visits to make sure everything is in order.

Whether you are having work carried out on your North Cyprus property in your absence or you want the piece of mind that someone is here for you, Esquare Estates are number one. These are some of the key areas where Esquare Estates can be of service.

1. An all the year round inspection of your property in Northern Cyprus and dealing with any emergency work that might be required during your absence.
2. Whilst you are away Esquare Real Estates will take care of all your accounts and make all payments on your behalf.
3. Esquare Estates will on you behalf organise all general routine maintenance work so that when you arrive in North Cyprus your property is clean and all garden and pool maintenance work has been carried out.
4. Esquare Estates, in North Cyprus will supervise any contractor’s work that may from time to time need to be carried out on your property.
5. Esquare Estates are able to organise on your behalf, all work such as, pool maintenance, gardeners, painters and decorators and all other maintenance work that you might require.

Holiday Lets by Esquare Estates - Should Esquare Estates introduce clients to your Northern Cyprus property, we will deduct 15% from the total amount paid by the client.
Cleaning And Welcome Pack - We ensure that your property in Northern Cyprus is maintained to the highest standard. Your property will be cleaned before, and after your guests’ stay and our charges also include a Welcome Pack. Our charges are as follows. 1 Week let-£70/ 2 Weeks-£90. Prices are approximate and are subject to change. Rest assured that Esquare Estates Property Management Division will give you peace of mind and security whilst managing your property.
Pool Maintenance
We have our own pool maintenance team who will come and clean your pool twice a week during the high season (May to October) and once a week during the low season (November to April). The approximate cost is £50 per month (depending on location and size of pool), including all the chemicals needed to maintain the effectiveness and cleanliness of your pool.
We are actually agents for automatic pool cleaners and floatron devices that will cut all these costs dramatically and virtually reduce the need for pool chemicals to nil.
